well the past two days have been ok.. Trying to get into the groove of things again. Only good thing is my cravings are going down. However with my busy schedule its hard to eat 5 meals a day. And on my 1/2 days you get lazy and dont want to make that many meals Well ive been eating chicken salad wraps at work and just skipping the afternoon snacks for a dinner. when i finish this current one. my brother and dad or on it. My bro lost like 43 lbs in about 2 1/2 months. and my dad lost 7lbs in one week. Anyways back to the program.....
