Day 3: curbin it


Wow day 3 already..  dang..i wish it were day 32.  My cravings are starting to change, and i mean "starting."  I forgot to eat my afternoon snack, so i ate some more for dinner to make my 1600 cal..  if i dont make that mark, and eat less, my body will start going into starvation mode and i wont lose weight.   I feel a lot less bloated and my size 36 gap dress pants are getting slippery. Ive noticed every time i go on a diet and actually gave a rip about what im eating i tend to lose lbs and inches quickly..  shows how bad i usually eat.  I like that feeling of slimming down and not having to have shame pillows covering my belly while sitting down.lol...  i bet by next week ill need a new whole/notch in my belt.  I cant wait till my weigh-in next monday.  For dinner i found these frozen halibut filets. and they were only 110 calories a piece.. AMAZING

Day 2: keeping it goin...

Well Day 2 underway..  I feel pretty good.. well because i only had a 1/2 day at work; but last night i was so hungry and just thinking about food i went to bed at 9:30..   which is extremely rare and my normal bed time is hours later.  Unfortunately i couldn't stick to the exact meal plan as the day went on and missed some snack times, due to being at a friends house; I still stuck to 1600 calories..  I cant wait until a week goes by and im used to the diet and shed those late fatty cravings.
