Day 4: Last 1600
Hooray.. I had a light work schedule and day 4 is the last day of the 1600 calorie limit.. Now i am going to upgrade to 2000.. Do you know what a difference 400 calories makes??? A lot!. Now i think the diet is transitioning from their fixed scheduled meals to just 5: 400 calorie meals of my choice.. So now its 1-breakfast, 2-snack, 3- lunch; 4- snack; 5- dinner. Im still getting those cravings at night and i find that the best remedy for that is to just sleep and hope for tomorrow's bountiful breakfast...
